We air-pop only! How? We circulate hot air around the popcorn kernels. When it gets hot enough, the kernels pop.
Fun fact: Most other pre-packed popcorn is oil-popped. This mean the kernels are fried until they hit a point where they pop.
We love air-popping because it lets us add the seasoning and oils after resulting in a product a lot lighter in fat + calories than others on the market!
