What is the Guru Guild?
The Guru Guild is a loyalty program that rewards members with points every time they shop on LesserEvil.com! All members can redeem points for discounts plus access to exclusive benefits, birthday rewards, sales and offers. Depending on which level of our program you’re in, you can earn 1x, 1.25x or 1.5x points for every dollar you spend. There are also rewards for special actions like following us on social, referring friends, and signing up for Subscribe + Save!
How do I enroll in the program?
It’s free to enroll! Just create an account on LesserEvil.com and you will be automatically enrolled. If you’ve already created an account, you’re all set!
How do I get to the next level?
You are automatically enrolled as The Inspired Snacker. In order to reach the next level, The Influential Snacker, you must spend at least $150 within 12 months. In order to reach the top level, the Illuminated Snacker, you must spend $250 within 12 months.
How can I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points within your account as coupon codes that you can apply to your order! Just remember, coupon codes are for one-time use only. You can always access any unused coupon codes within your Rewards History in your account.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. To remain active, you must earn or redeem points.
When will I get my birthday discount?
If you sign up and set your birthday to more than 30 days away, there is no issue. You will receive the reward on your birthday. If you sign up and set your birthday to less than 30 days away, you will need to fulfill a waiting period of 30 days from the date you set your birthday. Fraud prevention ensures all customers will have a waiting period of at least 30 days from the day they set their birthday.
I referred a friend, but did not receive my award. Why?
Your friend must make their first purchase of $50+ using your referral link in order to receive your referral points. Be sure to remind your friend to make their purchase!
When do I see my point adjustments?
Points earned with each purchase are updated once your order is processed and fulfilled. Points earned using other program benefits may be reflected immediately in your account, with the exception of referrals. If your order is canceled, the points will not be added to your account. If you return an order, the points will be deducted from your account within 30 days.
